I went to Purdue University for my first degree in Dietetics. I was a Registered Dietitian for 16 years before I went back to school to become a Physician Assistant. I wanted to be able to help patients even more than my Dietetics degree would allow me. I went to Butler University for my Physician Assistant degree. When I graduated I came to work with Dr. Thomas Mathews and have now worked with him for almost 24 years.

I wanted to be able to help people to be healthy and happy. I wanted to be able to make a difference in people’s lives.
Why did you chose to work at HCH?
I chose to work for HCH because it was close to home and I had always heard good things about the hospital.
