At Henry Community Health we understand that feedback drives change throughout our organization. The HCH Partners Council is dedicated to providing patients and their families an opportunity to contribute at an organization-wide level.
Goals of the HCH Partners Council
At Henry Community Health we realize that feedback drives change within our organization. The HCH Partners Council is focused on providing patients or their family members an opportunity to help us organization-wide. Our goals for the HCH partners council are to:
Promote improved relationships between our patients, families, and staff
Help develop improvement strategies to enhance safety, quality, and the healthcare experience within HCH
Provide HCH the opportunity to learn from the perspectives of our patients and families
Joining the HCH Partners Council
To join the partners council you must be at least 18 years of age or older and:
- A current patient
- A family member of a current patient
- A caregiver of a current patient
Other great qualities our council members possess:
- An interest in enhancing the experience of healthcare at HCH
- Work well in group settings
- See beyond their own personal experiences
- Have the ability to problem-solve
- Give constructive feedback

For more information about our HCH Partners Council, please contact our Service Excellence Coordinator at 765-521-1453.
We accept applications on an ongoing basis so there is no deadline, but please allow 2 weeks for us to reach out to you after you have submitted your application.
The HCH Partners Council will meet every other month for approximately 1.5 hours.
The meeting locations will vary depending on the meeting discussion topics, but the majority of meetings are held at the HCH hospital campus.
