I have been in healthcare and nursing since 1997. The majority of my career was spent at the bedside caring for patients. I worked for 20+ years in labor & delivery and high-risk maternal care. I also spent several years doing Lifeline transports. Seeing the traumas suffered by an underserved population and the impact that has on mental health gave me the drive to specialize in psychiatry. Facts about me: I commute from Indy, I have 3 Doodles at home, and I love Japanese food.

I have always found enjoyment and pride in helping others.
Why did you chose to work at HCH?
I wanted to serve a rural community where mental health has been historically unavailable to residents in need.
