Same Day Surgery patients may park in the reserved parking spaces located just past or east of the Same Day Surgery circle entrance. All other hospital patients, physician office patients or visitors should use the main parking lot.
Prepare for Your Appointment
Please plan to arrive at our facility 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for any needed paperwork and check-in procedures. If you need to reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice. In the event of an emergency or last-minute need, call the office as soon as possible so that we can work with you to reschedule your appointment.
