The Henry Community Health Foundation Board is proud to announce their annual Foundation Gala, Miracles & Icicles, which will be held December 9-10. This event will be the first Foundation Gala since the start of the pandemic. We are so pleased to be able to present this year’s event as a community affair.
The HCH Foundation Gala is held to raise funds to support the HCH Needy Meds program which provides medication assistance to residents who cannot afford them. In addition, proceeds will also support Henry County food pantries at three elementary schools and the tailgate distribution at First Baptist Church in conjunction with Second Harvest Food Bank, healthcare scholarships for students and adults seeking healthcare careers, and the Henry County YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program.
“We are so proud to be able to offer these important community assistance programs that are supported by the HCH foundation,” said Brian Ring, CEO and president. “This event is an opportunity for the community to come together, connect, and celebrate the miracles of the season while supporting programs that are vital to our community,” continued Ring.

The event will be open from noon to 8 p.m. and will have a host of local entertainment, food and craft vendors, horse-drawn carriage rides, a skating rink, and much more.
